      1、Codexis向Tate&Lyle出售新的食品用酶

      2016年12月6日:Codexis宣布與Tate&Lyle簽訂了一份關(guān)于提供食品原料生產(chǎn)專用酶的獨(dú)家協(xié)議。

      2、Amyris向Nikkol集團(tuán)出售50%的股份

      2016年12月13日,Amyris公司宣布與Nikkol集團(tuán)成立化妝品合資公司。Amyris以2000萬(wàn)美元的

      價(jià)格向Nikkol集團(tuán)出售其子公司Neassance50%的股權(quán),成立該合資公司。

      3、Evolva獲得生產(chǎn)甜菊糖的關(guān)鍵專利

      2016年12月19日,瑞士一家生物化學(xué)公司Evolva宣布獲得美國(guó)專利申請(qǐng)的準(zhǔn)許通知書,并稱該
